Official UFOs:

In the evaluation of radar sightings, the Electronics Section of ATIC has been consulted. The majority of the radar sightings are very difficult to evaluate due to the possibility of phenomena by weather or in the electronics circuits of the set. About all that can be concluded on these sightings is the weather was or was not conducive to promoting phenomena known to be caused by certain weather conditions.

In certain instances special detailed reports will be written on the conclusions of the investigations of sightings. These will be in compliance with requests from higher headquarters for such reports. The conclusions of all other incidents will be concluded in the status report.
