AGEN

A police officer sees a U.F.O.

He was already visited by an alien

A POLICE OFFICER of Agen in uniform, deputy sergeant Pierre Leon said yesterday morning to the gendarmes of the Agen territorial brigade that he had seen on Sunday night in the sky of Bon-Encontre, an unidentified flying object.

"The machine", said the "witness", was spherical, shiny without a halo, but with a short glowing appendix." It was then 08:12 p.m. (Mr. Leon is very specific about the time). The UFO, which flew at some 3,000 meters, moved, according to Mr. Leon, very quickly. The police officer said that at the same time his motorcycle suddenly stopped for no apparent reason.

The territorial brigade recorderd as required the testimony of Mr. Leon and invites anyone who would have had a glimpse at the indicated hour at the hypothetical machine to contact the gendarmerie of the capital.

Also, Pierre Leon seems to be an observer favored by the aliens: indeed he says he had a similar appearance in 1974 and cites a visit by a non-earthling.

"The being was pretty similar, Mr. Leon said, to ordinary humans, excepts for a luminous sphere around his face."

Mr Leon was advised to read the latest novel by René Fallet, the "Cabbage Soup", where the writer depicts an alien who came to learn the joys of food in Burgundy. Maybe be these interstellar visitors would also enjoy Agen prunes?
