The mysterious whistling sound perceived by a resident of La Rochelle, residing in the rue de Jericho, whose report is to be found in our previous issue, was heard by several other people in La Rochelle and in the region. Some of these came yesterday at our editorial office in La Rochelle.
The first, resident of Edmond-Grasset Avenue said to have been awakened by this noise. Same scenario for a gentleman, domiciled rue Henri-IV, thus in the same district as the first observer.
We also received a phone call from a Marandaise woman who, with her daughter, recorded the phenomenon on Tuesday around 11 p.m. Both tried to locate the hiss, but failed.
