UFOs in the daily Press:

Alleged "alien" skeleton found in Mexico, 1976:

The article below was published in the daily newspaper Le Parisien Libéré, France, on October 19, 1976.

MEXICO CITY. -- A Mexican weekly, the "Lunes de Excelsior", published the photo of the skeleton of an unknown being, as well as an interview with the man who discovered it, a 68-year-old Mexican, Mr. Humberto Romero Valencia, according to whom it could be the remains of an "alien."

The skeleton, according to Mr. Romero's description, has neat shoulder blades, stubs of what may have been arms, and orifices that may have contained veins and the nervous system. The head, he adds, could be that of a dog. It is round, however, but without eyes and with a trunk. The total would measure about twenty centimeters.

Mr. Romero further indicates that, according to his research among all living species, no known animal or human matches this skeleton...
