Mr. Marcel Legrand, locksmith at the Legros company, rue Delaroche, 24 years old, living in Coquelles, went to Escalles on Thursday evening. He was riding a motorcycle when he saw a huge luminous ball which passed at top speed above him.
Mr. Legrand does not hide to his entourage that he was seized with a great fright.
A young Calaisien, working at the drawing office, avenue Wilson, Mr. Michel Ducrocq, 18-year-old, saw a luminous disc on Thursday evening when he was not far from his home on rue Greuze.
He too was scared.
