of Bray-sur-Seine, Lagny, Moret, etc... many residents claim to have seen, at nightfall, an oval-shaped object, yellow-orange in color, more than twenty meters in length, moving rapidly at an altitude of 300 to 400 meters.
One of the witnesses, a weather specialist, estimates that the speed of this craft was around 10,000 km/h and that it was neither a plane nor a weather balloon.
RAON-L'ETAPE: While on his way to work at 3:30 in the morning, a Czech worker, Laszlo Ujvari, claims he was approached near his home by a stranger of large build, dressed in a gray jacket and bearing shiny insignia on his shoulders.
The man spoke an unintelligible language. Just in case, Mr. Ujvari tried to start a conversation in Russian. His interlocutor then understood him perfectly and asked him to tell him "whether he was in Spain or in Italy."
After walking a few steps, Mr. Ujvari then discovered in the middle of the road a craft that looked like two saucers placed face to face, topped with a kind of dome from which a periscope protruded.
Upon reaching about thirty meters from the craft, he was forcefully ordered to move away. Looking back occasionally, he saw the object rise slowly vertically before disappearing in a southerly direction.
