FLYING SAUCERS
IN THE SKY OF FRANCE

Perpignan, 30. -- A truck driver who was driving yesterday morning collecting milk, around Cabestany (Pyrénées-Orientales) said he had saw in front of his vehicle a "shiny globe" of bluish color "which moved at an altitude of about 150 meters producing a very soft sound."

Having stopped his truck, the driver was able to observe the moves of the machine for almost a quarter of an hour, then, suddenly, it reportedly rose in the sky and reportedly disappeared in the direction of the sea.

La Rochelle, 30. -- A flying saucer was reportedly seen in Auge (Deux-Sèvres).

On the other hand, Mr. Picaud, director of a brewery in Sainte Pozenne said he saw for a few minutes, while driving on the road to Fontenay-le-Comte, a curious disc of a sparkling yellow.

Brest, 30. -- The inhabitants of Landeda and Aberwrac'h (Finistère) saw at high altitude last night circular a craft and resembling a "flying saucer".

Melun, 30. -- Several inhabitants of the commune of Rebais stated they saw a strange, very shiny machine, circulating at nightfall in the sky, above Rebais.

Witnesses said that the craft, which was traveling very slowly, then headed towards Coulommiers, after increasing its speed, and disappeared.

The day before yesterday morning C.R.S. also saw a luminous disc in the sky above Vaudoy.

Montpellier, 30. -- Mrs. Picot de la Baume, domiciled in Montpellier, said she saw at an altitude of about 1,500 meters, a cigar-shaped craft, shiny and which appeared to be surrounded by a halo. The craft, which she could observe for about a minute, suddenly disappeared in the direction of the East, without making any noise and without leaving any traces.

ABOVE THE NETHERLANDS

The Hague, 30. -- A resident of Schiedam (a large juniper production center) claimed to have seen a fairly large, circular and luminous object moving west. His fiancée who accompanied him corroborated his statements.

Less recent but more impressive, is the account of the captain of the "Groote Beer", Mr. J.-P. Boshoff, of the Holland - United States line.

The object detected in the open sea and observed by himself and these five officers using all the optical equipment on board, was "the size of a half moon" and also circular and bright.

The captain formally excluded the possibility that it may be a weather balloon.

At first motionless, the disc moved, after a few moments, to the west to disappear behind the clouds at an altitude of around 14,000 meters.

SAUCERS AND CIGARS IN MOROCCO AND ALGERIA

Casablanca, 30. -- Reliable witnesses saw last night, in the sky of Kourigra, locality located approximately 130 kilometers from Casablanca, a machine of circular shape, of red color, moving at a high altitude and at great speed and which seemed to spit blue green flames.

Safi, 30. -- An elongated craft was seen last night, around 8 p.m. 30 in the sky of Safi, by reliable witnesses.

The "cigar" moved at a high speed, from East to North-West. It was surrounded by a bluish light and left behind it a luminous trail. Witnesses said the craft had nothing to do with a jet plane.

... AND FLYING CIGAR IN DENMARK

Copenhagen, 30. -- Many residents of the city of Strib (Funen) claim to have seen last night "a yellow-reddish craft whose shape reminded of a cigar" evolving at high altitude and leaving behind "tongues of fire". Other "luminous craft" were seen these last three evenings in Funen and Sweden.
