U.F.O. from fiction... to reality?

Did reality actually exceed fiction or is it again an invention due to a fertile imagination. Anyway, in Brazil, the claims of a 11-year-old child who affirms he was abducted, with his cousin, by an UFO, are taken very seriously. The affair occurred recently. Nothing is neglected by the investigators as for the statements of Manoel. But one especially looks for the cousin, kidnapped by eight small men wearing iron rings on the chests.

Manoel Roberto (aged 11), who claims to be abducted with his cousin Paulo, this January 20, by an unidentified flying object, still maintains his statements, we learn from Rondonopolls (Center-West of Brazil).

Your manuel, we are told, was found Saturday in Rondonopolls, 500 kms of his residence. He told that he had been abducted with his cousin on board a luminous locomotive, inside which were eight men of small size, dressed in red, and wearing iron rings on the chest. The latter did not speak, neither between them nor with the children, to which they made the children understand by movements of the eyes what they were to do, for example indicating the seats to them when they wanted to make them sit. They reportedly also gave them a liquid to drink.

Found alone, Manoel could not explain what had become of his cousin. In Rondonopolls, the reactions of the population are mitigated, some granting credit to the boy's story, others treating it as fabulation. However, many residents told that at the hour of the supposed arrival of Manoel, at 7 p.m., they had seen a strange luminous object in the sky. In the same way, it was learned Tuesday that a total power outage had affected the area at this hour, with the local company unable to determine the cause of this.

Mr. Manuel Toro, the Chilean engineer to whom Manoel went in Rondonopolls, told that he had met the young boy half-undressed and dirty. According to the engineer, Manoel's story is coherent and comprized no contradiction.

It is however necessary, he went on, to confront Manoel with his parents, and especially to speak with the other children with whom he had been playing when, according to him, he was taken on board the U.F.O.
