UFOs in the daily Press:

Nocturnal lights in the Luberon, France, 1980:

This article was published in the daily newspaper Le Méridional, France, page 18, September 23, 1980.

U.F.O.
Weird lights on the Lubéron

Stupor for ten residents of Apt last Friday, in the evening, whereas they walked in a meadow on the community of Gordes. Indeed, in the vertical of the solid mass of the Lubéron, two wird parallel lights approached their group at a sharp pace. Within immediate proximity, they could recognize and distinguish very clearly a fluorescent triangle. It disappeared at once to reappear some 30 seconds later. This UFO took again the direction of the south thereafter and disappeared definitively at the horizon.

These ten people among whom was David Sulkin, principal actor of the television drama of Jean Lebleu, based on the novel by Jean Giono (a show produced by Hélène Martin), are all in good faith.

The UFO mystery UFO would seem to surface again on the Vauclusian grounds. Or maybe it is once again an hallucinating vision. A full fledged investigation into this new mystery might perhaps answer of at least try to solve this burning question.
