After quickly coming down close to the Earth, the "visitor" stopped for a brief seconds and then took off again. This occurred about 08:35 a.m.
The strange flying saucer was observed by means of a theodolite by people working at the Chartography service of the National Defense in the cuahutémoc street of this city, amongst them was Lieutenant Victor Manuel Yanez Madrid. It was also seen by various scientists from Brazil and North America who were paying a visit to said Office of Chartography to wee the work being done there.
