The regional newspaper Le Berry Républicain for November 13, 1954, reported that an electricity professor at the Argenton College, his wife, and one of their neighbors, a mechanic living on rue de Châteauneuf, had seen, the day before at 7:25 a.m., "two flying saucers speeding from south to north, at high altitude. The craft were rugby ball-shaped and dark in color. They left whitish trails."

An electricity professor from the Argenton College, his wife, and one of their neighbors, a mechanic living on Châteauneuf Street, saw two flying saucers yesterday morning at 7:25 a.m., speeding rapidly from south to north at high altitude. The objects were shaped like rugby balls and were dark in color. They emitted whitish trails.
Previously, employees of the S.N.C.F. had seen similar objects in the sky over Argenton a few days ago. In Buxières-d'Aillac, three women from Argenton, while driving, also clearly saw two luminous discs rotating in opposite directions and hovering about forty meters above the road. Their car suddenly stopped, the engine shut off, and the headlights went out.
When the saucer quickly moved away vertically, the headlights turned back on.

The information is totally insufficient.
However, it is possible that it was two jet planes.
