Aimé Michel notes that on September 27, 1954 at Canet-Plage in the region of Perpignan, a disc has been seen. The disc first made erratic movements by going in circles with stops, then accelerated and disappeared from view towards the south-south-east.

He indicates that the source is the newspaper "La Croix" for September 30, 1954.

Luc Chastan indicates in his database that in the Pyrenees Orientales (66) in Canet Plage on September 27, 1954 at an unknown hour, "It is seen a disc which moves initially in a whimsical manner by describing small circles with stops, then accelerates and disappears quickly towards the south-south-east. "

The source is indicated as: "M.O.C. by Michel Aimé ** Arthaud 1958".
