October 18, 1954, Saussay, Eure-et-Loir:

Reference number for this case: 18-Oct-54-Saussay. Thank you for including this reference number in any correspondence with me regarding this case.

It seems that Jean Sider, in a 1993 article in LDLN, wrote about an observation on October 18, 1954, in Saussay, in the Eure-et-Loir.

According to later sources, it would have happened at midnight, it would be a 18-meter-long whistling cigar with a dome, or a shape of a top, passing over the city; or "a green aerolite, about 600 feet wide," observed by someone named Flament for more than three minutes.

Without any reliable primary source for now, I can only suggest that this UFO may have been a meteor or a helicopter.
