Mysterious luminous cylinder on Mount Cacalo

Mr. Paul Vinchetti, employee with the club house of the Tennis Club of Ajaccio, in the Casone, was yesterday around 10 o'clock the witness of an unusual phenomenon. "It was," he says, "an incandescent object, which had the appearance of a cylinder. A black smoke escaped from it. I saw it whereas it fell on the side of the Cacalo Mount, and it seemed to me that it had fallen between the Berthault park and the hill."
