London, Sept. 2. -- After the flying saucers, here come the "flying feathers." resident of Rye (Sussex), Mr. W.K. Kitchener, claims, indeed, that on Tuesday he saw two immense objects shaped like birds' feather, gliding slowly through the sky.
"Then, all of a sudden", he says, "I heard a sound of engines, and the two obects disappeared at great speed with a zigzag motion, in the direction of London."
