Château-Chinon, 26. -- Mr. Jules Roussot, farmer in St-Hilaire-en-Morvan (Nièvre), said that he had seen in the sky a kind of incandescent globe which moved silently towards from Château-Chinon.
According to Mr. Roussot, the globe was preceded, and not followed, by a blinding glow, was "reddish" brown in color, had two fins and 20 to 30 tubes.
