MORLAIX. -- A 12-year-old girl, Anne Jégou, from Plougasnou (Finist&egave;re), claims to have seen yesterday morning at 7 o'clock, on the road in front of the school where she boards in Plougasnou, an ovoid-shaped craft, about one meter long, white in color, which made no sound. She approached it to within a meter, then felt something like an electric shock and remained paralyzed for a few seconds. The flying craft then moved away slowly, gradually gaining altitude.
