ANGERS. -- From her window on Monday evening at 8:20 p.m., Miss Claire Cordier, residing on Rue de Brétigny in Angers and a former Red Cross nurse, distinctly saw a brown disc in the sky, haloed with green lights and flying rapidly northward. A faint humming sound accompanied the phenomenon. Mr. André Greffier, a roofer living on the same street, also witnessed the scene from his garden, where he had been drawn by the greenish lights passing through his kitchen's glass roof.
