Quimper. -- Mr. Corentin Couarch, 58 years old, residing in the village of Elliant (Finistère), an agricultural worker, spotted in the sky, at an altitude of 200 meters, a luminous object whose shape and size he could not determine. He was frightened and turned off his bicycle light to avoid attracting attention, then quickly moved away. A kilometer further, he turned around and claimed to have seen the light stopped just above the ground.
