MEISSEIX. -- Whereas he was in its garden, an inhabitant of Meisseix saw in the sky, last night, a machine of lengthened form which moved at very high speed in the north-eastern direction.
The passage of this machine was marked, from the statements of the witness, by a kind of explosion, while at its base several luminous stars with various colors were cast, then all disappeared.
