PORRENTRUY, 3 (C.P.) . - Wednesday afternoon, in Porrentruy and Délémont, broadcast of Russian television were received.
It is the first time, it seems, that such a fact occurs in Western Europe. The technicians will say if it must be allotted to a particular atmospheric phenomenon, or if the Russian have a transmitter of an extraordinary power.
