FORLI. -- A mysterious red ray swept across the sky over the Forli region. This ray, directed from top to bottom, landed on two tractors: one gasoline-powered and one diesel, moving a short distance from each other.
The first, equipped with a magneto, stopped immediately when caught in the ray, while the diesel continued to function.
The four farm workers on the tractors, overcome with fear, went to hide in the bushes.
The ray then continued to scan the sky for about an hour. It was seen by many people, some of whom were so frightened that they locked themselves inside their homes.
This inexplicable phenomenon, following the recent passage of flying discs or cigars, caused a strong sensation among the population of this region of Italy.
