A firefighter from Marignane claims he "saw" a flying saucer land

MARSEILLE, January 8 ("France-Soir" dispatch). -- A firefighter from Marignane Airport claims that he saw a flying saucer land on the ground.

On Monday evening, around 9 PM, firefighter Chesneau was on guard in front of a hangar when he saw a silvery, luminous craft descending at a moderate speed, which touched the ground.

Mr. Chesneau immediately alerted the control tower, but by the time the duty officer arrived, the mysterious craft had disappeared.

The next morning, scattered across the landing area, at the supposed landing site, about twenty metallic debris pieces were found, appearing to come from an unknown craft. These debris pieces were tube-shaped and ended in a small ball, about the size of a pinhead.
