LONDON. -- On Thursday, some Englishmen saw something better than a "flying saucer": a plane that gave birth to "triplets." Three friends reported to the Ministry of Civilian Aviation that they had observed a plane flying at high altitude over London release a small plane, then another, and finally a third. Each of the three released aircraft, they said, flew off in a different direction, very high up. A spokesperson for the Ministry of Civilian Aviation stated that the reported event could not have occurred. "I'm afraid," he said, "this is a case of hallucination. We have no information in the aviation sector that could be related to the reported event.
