WILMINGTON (North Carolina) (AP). -- Observers continue to speculate about the mysterious celestial object that has appeared in the skies over several U.S. states in recent days, and was again seen yesterday above the Clynton Air Base (North Carolina).
Military authorities, in an official statement, acknowledged the celestial phenomenon but admitted their ignorance regarding its nature. The "red cone" was visible from 7:20 p.m. to 7:55 p.m., local time. It made numerous movements across the sky.
