A JOURNALIST MANAGES TO PHOTOGRAPH A FLYING SAUCER ABOVE RIO DE JANEIRO

RIO DE JANEIRO. -- "There is not the slightest doubt about the authenticity of the photos published by the reporter from 'O Cruzeiro'," declared the U.S. military attaché in Brazil, who, along with representatives from the Brazilian Navy Ministry and in the presence of a commission of officers from the Air Ministry, examined the negatives of the flying disc photos.

The reporter who took the shots gave the following description of the phenomenon: "The disc looked like a plane flying sideways at tremendous speed. When the object, coming from the sea, reached the horizon, it slowed down, curved, passed over the place where we were, lost altitude while swaying like a leaf falling from a tree, and then disappeared again like a bullet heading toward the sea."

Three characteristics

Three characteristics were noted by the American military attaché: the disc made no sound whatsoever, its speed was exceptional, and this speed appeared to vary, as if the disc were being guided by radio or piloted.

All hypotheses are ppen

Questioned by the press, the American military attaché stated: "All hypotheses are open, including that of a weapon coming from Mars or another planet, or a secret weapon launched by a foreign power."

The five photos, which are extremely clear, were handed over to the U.S. Embassy in Rio de Janeiro immediately after their publication in the press. They will be sent today to the headquarters of the Air Force in Washington.

All Brazilian and foreign circles in Rio de Janeiro agree in recognizing the exceptional value of these documents.
