Next Friday at 9:00 p.m., at the amphitheater of the Fraternité des Lettres, Mr. Jimmy Guieu, head of investigations for the international commission "Ouranos" (an organization studying unidentified flying objects), will speak to us about the "flying saucers."
On June 24, 1947, for the first time, the strange — even amusing — term "flying saucer" was used. This fanciful name distorted perceptions and cast a sense of mockery over all related phenomena.
Since then, thousands of unidentified flying objects have been observed. Today, a kind of "sauceritis" has gripped the public. Everyone, or nearly everyone, has seen their flying saucer.
Illusion or reality? What should we think? What secrets will scientists and researchers reveal to us?
Jimmy Guieu will attempt to present the issue. Unpublished revelations, visual presentations, and a discussion with the audience will give this evening undeniable interest.
Tickets are available at the Association Bourguignonne Culturelle, 5 bis, rue Devosge, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Mr. Jimmy Guieu will sign his books at the Damidot bookstore on Thursday, November 18, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
