News and observation reports, November 2006:

Some of the UFO observations and ufology news in November 2006 are listed on this page. Please note that these are not studies, but second hand observation reports, although mostly obtained from reliable and well known sources.

FLYING TRIANGLE REPORTED IN FRANCE:

The US web bulletin Filer's Files at http://ufoinfo.com/filer/2006/ff0650.shtml reports about a large Large Flying Triangle in France:

"French Alps -- The French daily "Le Dauphine [Libéré]" reported on 1st of December, 2006, on a sighting of a large triangle flying over a valley in the French Alps. The main witness, a man who was driving from Passy to Les Houches on November 23 rd at about 4:30 AM, thought at first that it was an airplane, "as large as a 747". The object was flying very low, about 500 yards above the witness' location. It had red lights and a typical delta shape."

"When the witness was close to Sainte-Marie, the object had stopped in the air, at about half the height of the mountain. A truck driver coming from Italy had stopped to look at it too, and shared his feeling that the "plane" was about to hit the rocky mountain in front of it. Suddenly the object disappeared. The main witness, a Frenchman who had served in his country's air force, said he didn't understand how it could escape a crash. No noise was perceived during the whole sighting. Thanks to Guy Tarade and Alain Stauffer."

FLYING SAUCER REPORTED OVER CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO:

"SAUCILLO - Residents of Las Varas had the surprise of their lives when almost at the stroke of midnight on Thursday, they looked into the clear skies to see an enormous flying saucer moving from one point to another with great ease - an exhibition that lasted nearly half an hour."

"Among the fortunate few who were able to videotape the event was Jesus Jose Melendez Hermosilo, a correspondent for Televisa in Chihuahua, who lives in the aforementioned district."

"The video shows an enormous flying saucer traveling with certain ease through the sky, something that can even an airplane from our own planet can hardly do."

"Among the discoverers of this find are officers of the municipal police, who saw a light darting around the sky when they looked up. Finally, the UFO vanished into the clear skies over Saucillo, leaving behind a video where its entire path can can be seen."

UFO SPOTTED AT O'HARE AIRPORT, USA:

NUFORC informs on a sighting they are currently investigating: at approximately 16:30 p.m. Central Time on November 7, 2006, Federal authorities at O'Hare Airport received a report that approximately a dozen witnesses were observing a small, round disc-shaped object, metallic in appearance, which hovered over Gate C17 at that airport. The object was first spotted by an employee working on the ramp who was engaged in "pushing back" Flight 446, departing Chicago for Charlotte, NC.

"The employee reported to his supervisors that the object appeared to be almost directly above his location at Gate C17, it appeared to be perfectly round, and that its size was approximately equal to a U. S. quarter, held at arm's length. The object had a metallic appearance, according to the first witness, and it appeared to him to be spinning."

"The first witness apprised the flight crew of Flight 446 of the existence of the object above their aircraft, and we believe both the pilot and copilot were witness to the bizarre object, as well. The witness also contacted his supervisors, who also witnessed the object, which was visible for approximately 2 minutes."

"At the end of that time, the object was seen to suddenly accelerate straight up at a very rapid pace, and it "shot" through the solid overcast, which was at 1,900 feet at the time. The witness added that the object appeared to leave a "hole" in the clouds, where it had streaked upwards through the overcast."

"Both the Federal Aviation Administration and Transportation Security Administration were apprised of the event at the time it was occurring, and personnel in one, or more, of the towers at O'Hare may have witnessed the object, possibly with binoculars. The FAA apparently reported that the object was not visible on radar, although that fact has not been confirmed at the time of this writing."

TWO LUMINOUS BALLS ABOVE SEATON, U-K.:

UFOinfo reports that according to a woman of Seaton, in the British Cornwall, she observed two mysterioous flying objects on 4 November 2006, together with further witnesses. She had looked at the sky at approximately 9 p.m. and saw a bright luminous from her house, floating over the sea. She then observed it with binoculars.

Astonished by the display, she ran to get two other people who also observed the UFO during a few minutes. Then the object left towards the sky at high speed.

But after approximately 20 minutes, the object returned, and the witness wanted to inform her brother about it. While she spoke with him another ball of same type moved towards the first. The witness then contacted a friend on the coast by phone who also managed to observe the events. After several minutes during which the two objects had been visible, they suddenly took speed and fled in the dark sky.
