Discussion:

What we see on the video is actually not the shape of a plane; because these three dots are certainly Chinese lanterns.

Since only the date of publication on "Youtube" is known, since we do not have the hour and since the shooting date is not necessarily the publishing date, it is difficult to determine on what occasion these lanterns would have been launched.

However I not that on Saturday, June 2, 2012, from 4 p.m. on, the Portuguese restaurant "O Patio" in Schiltigheim celebrated its second anniversary with live music, tastings, events, lottery...

Evaluation:
