According to the ufology magazine Ouranos, New Series #8 of the 3rd quarter of 1973, on November 5, 1954, at 8:40 p.m. in Moulins, Mr. Georges Biquet observed a luminous ball which crossed the sky above the Cours Jean-Jaurès in a north-south trajectory, letting a shower of sparks fall in its wake. According to some other witnesses, it was in a fast movement of rotation. The source was given as La Montagne, Aurillac issue for November 8, 1954.

According to the ufology magazine Lumières Dans La Nuit #125 of May 1973, on November 5, 1954 at 8:40 p.m. in Moulins, an object similar to the one seen 10 minutes earlier by M. Aubert in Chanat in the Puy-de-Dôme, which would give it the size of a plate, tinged with light yellow, and a trajectory from South to North, was seen in Moulins.

According to #128 of October 1973 of the same magazine, on November 5, 1954 at 8:40 p.m., according to La Montagne for November 6, 1954 this time, in Moulins, Mr. Biquet saw a ball of blue-green light, having a rotational motion, followed by sparks, moving rapidly on a south - north trajectory.

The magazine made a connection with other similar sightings at the same time but did not seem to have understood that the description was that of a meteor.

This magazine indicates that on November 5, 1954, at 08:40 P.M. in Moulins, the same object than the one Mr Aubert saw in Chanat in Puy-de-Dôme ten minutes earlier was seen. The object seen in Chanat was of the size of a plate, tinted of pale yellow, and dazed in the direction from the South to the North.

11/05/1954 Moulins (08:40 p.m.)

Mr. Georges Biquet observed a luminous ball that crossed the sky above the Cours Jean-Jaurès along a north-south path, dropping a shower of sparks in its wake. According to some other witnesses, it would have been animated by a rapid movement of rotation. (La Montagne-Aurillac du 11/08/1954).

November 5 (La Montagne for 11/6) Moulins 08:40 p.m..

M. Biquet perceived a blue-green fireball, with a rotational movement, followed by sparks, rapidly moving on an S-N trajectory. At Chanat (63) at 08:30 p.m., a witness had seen a clear yellow FS, becoming blue-green, rotational movement and luminous trail: probably the same object as Louroux-Hodemont.
