Hello Sir,

Attached, the photograph, look at the top on the left, the only modification I made was to hide the faces for anonymity.
-the place: Latvia. (the capital I guess)
-date: apparently nov-dec 06,.
I managed to recoverd the photograph on a computer of my company which we recovered for it was not used any more. Before deleting its contents, I checked whether there were something to backup, and stumbled on photographs from a colleague who had left in displacement in one our subsidiary companies in Latvia, but only this one puzzled me.
Perhaps it is nothing, but I wanted to have your opinion on this photograph, I thought of a stain on the objective, but do not believe in that too much
