Good evening,

I turn to you to maybe get an explanation.

I was driving with my husband in the evening of Saturday, it was about 11:30 p.m.. We had left friends on Strasbourg to take the way back home.

So we were by car at the level of the cts bus depot on the side, at the big roundabout in Cronenbourg to take the junction on the motorway direction Haguenau.

It was dark, it was still raining but I'm not sure.

And there, looking up, I see 3 spots that move relatively slowly above us. These 3 spots belong to a triangular craft and are in each of its angles. I could clearly distinguish this form because it flew low enough and slow enough so that my husband was able turn his head and observe it too.

It seems quite too crazy to believe!

My husband refers to a fighter plane but it was, in my opinion, at a too low altitude and did not make any noise, in any case I do not remember hearing anything inside the car . I thought of a drone, but the machine seems too huge.

Could you enlighten me?

Good night
cordially

I replied by email on May 6, 2016:

Hello,

thank you for sharing your observation. I would like to ask a few things.

I would like to know the apparent size of the phenomenon. I do not want whether it was 1 meter, 10 meters, 100 meters, it is not possible to evaluate the size of the unknown phenomenon. What interests me is what is called the "angular size", the apparent size. To tell me, you can simply review the observation while extending your arm and tell whether it was as wide as a pencil point at the end of the arm, or as wide as one finger, or as wide as the hand, etc.

Then I would like to know the direction in which it was seen. I understand that at the beginning, it was above your vehicle, But then? If you drove north, was it left behind, or left, right, or out? How did the observation end?

Can you tell me the speed, even approximate, at which you drove, and the duration of the observation?

Thank you in advance.

cordially
Patrick Gross

I did not get an answer to this day.
