From Canada to Texas reports rolled in of flying saucer-like discs. Rumors began Tuesday when Kenneth Arnold, Boise, Idaho, reported seeing nine of them zipping along at 1,200 miles an hour. Thre persons in El Paso, Texas, next reported them. A man in Vancouver, Can., reported seeing one, as did a woman in Seaside, Ore.
