We are told:
Witnesses said the unidentified object was seen in the sky from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and suddenly disappeared after moving around 40 kilometers north. They immediately informed the gendarmerie about the flying object.
After seeing the flying object, locals called their relatives living in nearby neighborhoods and urged them to look into sky to see the object.
Mehmet Gümüs, one of the witnesses, said the flying object was almost at the size of a minibus.
"I had the opportunity to inspect [the object] with my brothers binoculars. It had a shape similar to a balloon. When I zoomed in, I saw colorful particles. However, we could not clearly identify what the object was," Gümüs said.
A number of people informed the gendarmerie about the same flying object. However, the gendarmerie did not prepare a report on the incident after interviewing locals who claimed they also saw the suspected UFO.
In addition, social media users posted pictures of the object, with some claiming that it might have been an unmanned aircraft or a balloon.
Meanwhile, another local captured video footage of a suspected UFO in the Aegean resort of Bodrum.
Oya Öztürk said two bright lights immediately appeared in the sky on Sept. 27, adding that the objects were turning and disappearing constantly.
Öztürk also stated that she had sent the footage to a research center where it was determined to be a UFO.
Öztürk also noted that she captured the image of a UFO in the same region.

From a frontal view it looked like it would rotate in flight direction."

The Journal of Geophysical Research, Planets published a paper with evidence that Mars had liquid water and melting snow a billion years longer than even thought possible.
Photographs from ancient northern region by NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter show considerable networks of lakes and streams fed by melting snow that existed roughly a billion years after the planet's 'wet era' supposedly ended. So Mars was suitable for microbial life much longer than previously assumed.
"We discovered valleys that carried water into lake basins," Sharon Wilson of the Smithsonian Institute. "Several lake basins filled and overflowed, indicating there was a considerable amount of water on the landscape during this time."
Sharon Wilson and her team matched up the evidence from MRO to data collected by Mars Global Surveyor and the European Space Agency's Mars Express, and identified signs of a long-evaporated water system that would have resembled some of North Americas greatest lakes.
"One of the lakes in this region was comparable in volume to Lake Tahoe," a lake that holds an average of 140 trillion litres, of water - enough to cover the whole of California in 14 inches (35 cm) of water., Wilson said.
Wilson explains that this particular Martian lake was fed by a valley to the south, and overflowed along its northern edge into a very large, water-filled basin now nicknamed Heart Lake. It appears to have been part of an entire system of lakes and valleys that ran for about 150 kilometres along Mars north face. The team has estimated that Heart Lake held about 2,790 cubic kilometres of water, more than in Lake Ontario, one of North America's Great Lakes.
The lake system was dated using information anout 22 craters in the area : it is between 2 and 3 billion years old. It appears that snow had been melting seasonably to feed all these vast bodies of water.
The researchers say they've also found evidence of similar valleys and lakes elsewhere on Mars, both north and south of the equator, suggesting that these wet regions were widespread, and not just a regional anomaly. The researchers conclude ; "Evidence for a snowmelt based hydrology and considerable depths of water on the landscape in Arabia supports a cold, wet, and possibly habitable environment late in Martian history."

Someone reported this sighting to MUFO; it took place on Septembre 9, 2016, in Crokett, USA:
"My girl friend saw it directly as we were driving along Carquinez Scenic Drive towards Port Costa on September 9, 2016. It was clear sky and I heard the sound of jets over the bay. Gemma exclaimed as we looked towards the sound that was slightly above eye level. A black jet like object silently zoomed by. I saw the rear that had two v shaped large black wings with no lights. It travelled so fast and flew east low out of sight in two seconds. I saw very large wings from the rear. Within a few seconds, a black helicopter was apparently chasing after it. I have seen the jets fly over me such as the Blue Angels, and this object was five times faster."
Jerome Ostermann, of France Bleu Limousin and France Bleu, reports on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 19:01:
"Sunday evening, a couple of Aixe-sur-Vienne observed during long seconds, several unidentified flying objects. A few blocks away, a man saw the same thing. Balls of light with more than surprising paths."

I thought about a weather balloon for the weather. But then there were 2 or 3 other then I told to myself that this was not normal and I alerted my wife... "
