Brief summary of the event and follow-up:

Several websites report on March 20, 2006 a testimony from Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico, for a February 28, 2006 sighting at 00:30 a.m. Miguel Camacho wrote that he and other witnesses observed an object that approached from the South, towards the direction of La Parguera near route 303 just east of the town of Cabo Rojo. The cited witness reports that the object landed 180 to 220 meters south of their position, and that they observed a very bright and intense white light that ranged from a spot light in intensity to a dazzling ball.

They observed three to four alien beings that appeared to be working or gathering something around the bright light. These beings stood about three to four feet tall, had large heads with large almond shaped eyes that swept back and up at an angle and long thin arms and bodies with very long fingers, four fingers per hand. The witness could not tell their skin color and could not see their legs and feet.

After about thirty to sixty minutes of this activity, the glow appeared to become surrounded by some sort of covering or possibly closing whatever access or hatch that was open. A sequence of lights started to flash from the top and sides of the bell shaped area and from the edges of the disk, and this went on for about twenty minutes.

Afterwards, all lights except a probe like arm with a single white light on the end went dark, almost as if it was trying to conserve power or energy. The object hovered and moved within twenty feet or so of its original position on the ground. One Internet source mentions that this activity went on for several hours until well after sunrise, and at this point a second object was observed flying or hovering about 150 meters directly above the object on the ground; which departed in the Southeast direction.

The case seems to be summed up in this story, which might not be complete, and no ufological investigation seems to have been carried out.

Albert Rosales indicates that in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico, on February, 28 2006, at 00:30 a.m., Miguel Camacho and other witnesses observed a large very intense bright white object descend and land on the ground at about 600 to 700 feet away. Soon after the landing, the witnesses observed three to four alien figures that appeared to be working or gathering something around the bright object. The aliens stood about 3 to 4 feet high, had large heads, with large almond-shaped eyes that swept back and up at an angle and long thing arms and bodies with four very long fingers per hand. The witnesses could not see their skin color or their legs. After about 60 minutes of this activity, the glow appeared to be surrounded by some sort of covering or possibly closing whatever access or hatch that was opened. A sequence of lights started to flash from the top and sides of a bell-shaped area of the craft. This went on for about 20 minutes then afterwards all lights except for a probe-like arm with a single white light on the end went dark. It hovered and moved within 20ft or so of its original position on the ground. This activity went on for several hours until well after sunrise. At this point a second object was observed flying or hovering about 500 feet directly above the object on the ground.

It seems likely that the case sums up to an email from one of the witness and that no ufological investigation was conducted.
