With no witnesses names, the Albert Rosales catalogue says that ufologist Raymond Fowler told that in Hyannis-Barnstable, Massachusetts, on August 26, 1978, at 10:00 p.m., two people in a car watched an oval-shaped craft hovering low over the US6 road.

Behind several rectangular windows, several figures could be seen moving back and forth.

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Hyannis-Barnstable, Massachusetts, on August 26, 1978, at 2200, two witnesses in a car watched an oval shaped craft hovering low over the US6 road. Behind several rectangular windows several figures could be seen moving back and forth. No other information.

10:00 PM. Two witnesses in a car on Cape Cod watched an oval-shaped craft hovering low over the US Route 6 road. Within the craft several figures could be seen moving about behind several rectangular windows. (Source: Albert S. Rosales, Humanoid Contact Database 1978, case # 2358, citing Raymond E. Fowler).

The website indicates that on August 26, 1978, at 22:00, in Hyannis, Massachusetts, USA, "an object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One ovoid object was observed by two witnesses on the shore for over one minute."

Points to consider:

As this happens in the correct area and is apparemty coming frm Raymond Fowler, I suspect it is likely that the report is part of the Betty Andreasson claims; later admitted to be inventions by Mrs. Andreasson's former husband.

It is possible that the witnesses names and correct reference of the source were omitted on purpose so that readers cannot realize it.

Anyway, the report looks so poor that it can't have much value.
