CUFOS' "International UFO Reporter" is said to have reported in July 1978 that in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, on May 23, 1978, at 01:18 a.m., a 26 years old woman was driving her car through the downtown area.

As she stopped at an intersection she saw a five-foot and a half tall man approaching her vehicle. He had no nose, no hair, no ears, no mouth. He had slit like eyes, full-length gloves, and a black cape.

The woman accelerated away as the traffic light changed.

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Cincinnati, Ohio, on May 23, 1978, at 0118 a.m., the witness was driving her car through the downtown area and as she stopped at an intersection she saw a five-foot and a half tall man approaching her vehicle. The being was described as lacking a nose, hair, ears, and a mouth. He had slit like eyes, full-length gloves, and a black cape. The witness accelerated away as the traffic light changed.

Albert Rosales indicates that the source is "IUR Vol. 3 #7, July 1978."

The website indicates that on 23 May 1978 at 01:18 in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, there was a "Graduate Student incident". And: "Woman approached stoplight, saw faceless man, 5' tall. Slits for eyes only."

And: "Humanoid being seen. An unidentified object at close range and its occupants were observed by one female 26-year-old witness in a city. One 5-foot-tall faceless being was seen."

And: "The witness was driving her car through the downtown area and as she stopped at an intersection she saw a five-foot and a half tall man approaching her vehicle. The being was described as lacking a nose, hair, ears, and a mouth. He had slit like eyes, full-length gloves, and a black cape. The witness accelerated away as the traffic light changed."

Points to consider:

There is no UFO at all.

The "entity" is said to be a man. His size is normal.

The only strangeness is the black cape, and the almost featureless face. But the "eyes like slits" and the lack of facial features simply make me suspect the man wore a mask, for some party maybe.
