The website indicates that on February 13, 1978, at night, in "San Justo Natl Hwy11, Argentina", a "strong white light approached vehicle, car stopped immediately. Tall being dressed in black approached, stopped 3m away, turned around, walked back into light. No traces or footprints."

The web site adds that "An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One white light was observed by two male witnesses on a highway (Lamazon). One 6-foot-tall tall being, wearing black clothing, was seen."

Points to consider:

The case cannot be evaluated due to lack of data. Descriptions are insufficient, the figure could have been a man, the UFO, said to be a light 500 meters away, could have been nearly anything. No indication gives any reason to think that there was the least investigation or checking, and the source of the short story is unknown.
