In a listing of RR3 made of short summaries, from the NICAP website, one learns that on February 3, 1978, at 09:30 p.m., at Seven Mile Beach, Tasmania, Australia, Janine Home was the witness of a thin being with a large round head, moving back and forth in the window of a domed disc, that there were flashing lights on "the body" (of the being or of the disc, this is unclear), and that a whining noise was heard.
