Brief summary of the event and follow-up:

Porto Rican ufologist Jorge Martin apparently reported in his bulletin that in the Panama Canal Zone, on late 1965, several US military personnel were on a field and a large disc shaped object descended and landed, and "apparently paralyzed" all the soldiers.

Several orange-colored thin humanoids with long arms, four fingered hands, heads slightly larger than humans, huge yellow colored eyes and wore tight-fitting outfits, came out of the UFO and "apparently examined" the soldiers.

The beings returned to their craft, it flew away, the soldiers were able to move again.

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in the Panama Canal Zone, on late 1965, at an unknown time, while several US military personnel were out on a field, a large disc shaped object reportedly descended and landed apparently paralyzing all the soldiers on the spot. Several orange-colored, thin humanoids, with long arms, four fingered hands, heads slightly larger than humans, emerged from the object and apparently examined the soldiers. The beings had huge yellow colored eyes and wore tight-fitting outfits. The moment the beings returned to their craft it flew away, the soldiers were then able to move again.

Points to consider:

If one believed Jorge Martin, there would be UFOs, aliens, alien bases, in all places of Central America; unfortunately, his narratives are most of the time vague enough to be unverifiable, he is the only one to propose them - if one does not count the many "arranged" copies in a more "credible" tone on Internet - no independent confirmation seems to exist and no counter-investigation is possible on these stories with no named witnesses, no precise date and not even a precise location.
