Brief summary of the event and follow-up:
A ufology and astrology website maintaining all kinds of fables apparently told towards 2000-2002 that in Rio Claro, Brazil, in 1965, in the night, one "Edemilson" Mendes or rather Edmilson Mendes heard a neighbor shout of fear and went to check what was going on. He allegedly then met two strange characters approaching him on the pavement, who "resembled men but greenish and scaly, reptilian of nature."
While they approached, he was dizzy and apparently lost consciousness. He woke up two hours later, not remembering what had occurred - but remembering it nevertheless apparently or else this story would not exist.
Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Rio Claro, Brazil, in 1965, at night, Edemilson Mendes heard the frightened shouts of a neighbor and upon going outside to investigate he saw two strange figures approaching him on the pavement. He described the figures a man-like, but greenish and scaly, reptilian in nature. As they approached he became dizzy and apparently passed out. He woke up two hours later not remembering what had happened.

Points to consider:
"Edemilson" is not an existing first name, and is probably actually "Edmilson", an existing first name.
The source "GRESUPE" was a site web of ufology and astrology that appeared in 2000 at gresupe.vila.bol.com.br, and disappeared in 2002. I found no trace of that story elsewhere.
This website mixed ufology and astronomy and presented vague or doubtful or even false information, of the type "Project Majestic 12", "Atlantis", "Ashtar Sheran", "Nostradamus", etc.
This vague story of "reptilians" that were "man-like" altogether does not scream for credibility.
