Apparently, CUFOS recorded a case passed on by Larry Sessions that occurred in Dallas, Texas, on the Summer of 1955, late at night, when a 12-year old girl looked out her bedroom window and saw a small humanoid, about the size of a 10-year old boy in a tight silvery costume.
They looked at each other for about 5 minutes, his eyes, perhaps slightly larger than normal, were "friendly." Then he walked away and went out of sight.

Points to consider:
The report is totally useless, missing the basic data, as well descriptive as of context, not to mention the missing origin of the report, the fact that there was an investigation or not etc. Anything can be imagined: a simple night dream "recovered by hypnosis", a made up story of the "letter to the Editor" type, etc.
