Albert Rosales indicates that in Puglia, Italy, in 1915, at an unknown time, "An undocumented report stating that several locals captured a 'little green man.' No other information."

This is good news, though thin and uncertain, written in a CISU (Italian Centre for UFO Studies) catalog dealing with UFOs fallen in Italy, managed by Giuseppe Stilo. Inside the catalog we cab read from information scattered in the period between 1910 and 1915, a mysterious UFO incident that took place in Puglia and in which, among other things enigmatic, a "little green man" was recovered and caught. Of course, you do not learn anything more and it is very difficult to find eyewitnesses. Firstly, because nobody knows where the incident occurred (if it happened for real), the witnesses are most likely dead. We, the CUT (UFO Centre Taranto) write and will spare no effort to start investigating and find something more, perhaps by sifting through the local newspapers of the time to find clues. And if (for real) we find something in this research (which will be neither easy nor fast) we will have to rewrite, one way or another, the history of Italian and world ufology. Of course, the invitation is addressed to you readers, if you have news or more to begin to weave the web off the case, please send an email to centroufologicotaranto@gmail.com. In conclusion, should it get interesting and convincing, it will rewrite the history of UFO crashes in Italy and the case of Cabinet RS-33 would be a corollary. We begin to investigate immediately.
