Two people from Voray-sur-l'Ognon in the Haute-Saône, Dr. Chapuis and Mr. Thierry Jr., garage mechanic, were driving between Perrouse and Buthiers, when they suddenly saw in the sky a bright glow of elongated, cigar-like shape, moving at high speed and at high altitude, in a north-south direction.

It had lasted about fifteen seconds.
