Summary:

In their ufology bulletin Recherches Ufologiques #5 of the 2nd quarter of 1978, the ufology group GNEOVNI reported that, according to their own archive, an observation occurred in "Mons en Bareul" in the Nord department in 1954:

"Mr and Mrs Storm saw two fixed silver lights in the afternoon very high in the sky. The sighting lasted 10 minutes, after which the gleams, the shape of which made them think of a flattened circle, began to turn very quickly on themselves and disappeared while gaining altitude at a fantastic speed."
