In 1986, the CNEGU ufology group noted in their catalogue their case number F/98/88541018 (02) that took place on Monday, October 18, 1954 at approximately 08:45 local time, the witness being Mr. Wucherier.
The source is an article in the newspaper La Liberté de l'Est for October 23-24, 1954, telling:
"Monday evening, Mr. Wucherier, returning of his work and getting out of the rail-car of 08:45 p.m., clearly saw a ball of fire crossing the space while emitting blue, white, red and orange gleams."
