The two authors indicate that in Besancon in the department of the Doubs, on October 17, 1954 towards 09:15 p.m., Mr. Miglierina, resident of the Tarragnoz suburb observed a kind of curious green light, very visible, who descended, then quickly rose, before disappearing.

Luc Chastan indicates that in the Doubs in Besancon on October 17, 1954 at 21:15 hours, a resident of the Tarragnoz suburb, at approximately 21:15 observes kind of curious green light, very visible, who had descended then had quickly gone up before disappearing.

Luc Chastan indicates that the source is "Ovni, Premier dossier complet... by Figuet M./ Ruchon J.L. ** Alain Lefeuvre pub. 1979".
