A catalog for the Creuse department compiled from data of Jean Giraud and Jean Gérard Dohmen, in the ufology magazine INFO-OVNI, in 1975, indicated that on October 15, 1954, at 07:30 p.m. in Boussac, there had been above the fairground, a large disc that seemed to turn on itself.
The source was given as the newspaper Le Courrier for October 18, 1954.
[Ref. ioi1:] "INFO-OVNI" UFOLOGY MAGAZINE:

Above the fair ground, big disc that seem to rotate on itself.
(LE COURRIER, Monday Oct. 18, 1954)
Totally insufficient information.
But it is possible that it was the balloon of the University of Padua much reported that day.

Boussac, Creuse, big, disc, fair, rotation
