Luc Chastan indicates that in the Seine and Marne in Rouen on October 11, 1954 at an unknown hour, there was observation of an object in the shape of a disc.

The source is noted "M.O.C. by Michel Aimé ** Arthaud 1958."

Totally insufficient information.

[lcn1] indicates with reference to Aimé Michel that it was a "disc-shaped object"; but the latter did not say anything like, he only assured that the observation in Rouen was "aligned" with others of that day.
