Spectators in several areas Friday evening said they watched what they believed were two flying discs gyrating above the Sandia mountains. One woman said the bright shiny objects circled around and rose and fell for nearly a half hour.
But a few days later, one of the witnesses writes to the newspaper to complain: what they had seen were just Army planes.
